Very good

It has all the features I consider important.

Tooltip - Warning ...

The tooltip warning comes up every time I make a new entry (the visibility of the fields can be changed in the setup). The first time it was cute, the second time funny, but now the 300th time is not amusing anymore. How can I turn off that warning?

Great app!

This is a fantastic app! I especially love the distance tracker while playing tunes... great for running.

Perfect!

Excellent application which fits my needs perfectly! Very easy to use and tons of options and customizations!

Wow

Do not buy this app, what a complete rip off and joke. So disappointed and wish I could get my money back. Warning do not get this app.

Nice! I like it!

I use it to record my weight and blood every week. Convenient!

wenn Sie sprechen Deutsch

Recommended only if you read German as latest version has only German titles and menu selections--not at all useful to me any more. Apparently there is no longer customer support either in German or in English.

Superb app.

I give it 4 for not being perfect, but seeing how responsive the authors are, this app is soon going to be everything one needs to control his fitness. Well worth buying!

Very usefull

It is very usefull. The best app ive found to track my progress.

Bug fix, please!

It crashes/exits many times (ALWAYS after deleting a wight entry!). Too much bugs for its price!!!!!! Please update!.

Needs urgent update

It always quits unexpectedly at startup with an iPhone 3GS IOS 5.1: I cant use it.

Needs Work

Nice concept and design, but needs several more releases to get the kinks out. The biggest problem is the application crashes -- a lot! I started off by adding 3 weight measurements and 5 exercises, and iBody crashed 7 of the 8 times. The functionality is a good start, but not quite there yet. For example, you can select a unit for pace (e.g. min/mi or mile/h), but that unit is used for all sports. Most folks like their runs in min/mi but their cycling in mi/h. Many similar minor annoyances. The user interface, especially input elements are nice and intuitive, but are also rough around the edges. What sense does it make to have a negative distance for a workout? The gauge should just stop at zero. Other aspects of the interface are just poor. The graphs are definitely broken. Some data points are missing, and the graph cuts off before the current date. Plus the fontsize is microscopic. I consider the graphs useless at this point. Finally, the English translation is a bit lacking (e.g. "excercises"). I havent tried the GPS tracking feature.

really the best fitness app in the store

The BP bug is fixed now in 1.7.4 and they have lowered the price! Great! iBody is the Swiss Army Knife of a fitness application. Other apps I tried did as good of a job keeping track of certain body changes but none covered so many. And the tracking is awesome, I use it on every day. To avoid crashing just reboot your iPhone once you installed the app - thats the trick for all larger apps I use. Very good work all around. The price is high but worth it.

Buggy

latest update 1.7.2 unable to enter new BP readings as the entry sliders are frozen; tried rebooting; also problems with trying to use multiple users. good idea; poor implementation and documentation

Good app, but ...

Good app, but a bit pricey, expecially considering it comes with bugs. Latest rev (1.7.2), the Blood Pressure sliders are frozen.

Best tracking app yet. V1.7.5

This is, by far, the best fitness tracking app Ive tried. Ive downloaded the other tracking apps offered in the AppStore and had very mixed results. With iBody, I can track my bike rides, inline skating, walking, etc. Its the only app that tracks so many different exercises. Plus, it maps my routes, for the most part. Also, a good value for the price. I use this for every workout.

This is a great product

I was looking for an application to track my body fat and what I found was so much more. I think every serious athlete should use I body to keep ahead of the game. If you are serious about your training you should have this application. John Drage

Exactly What I Needed

Finally, an App that will let me track my vitals. I use the "Lose It!" App for calorie and exercise tracking, but I was never able to find an App that also allowed me to track blood pressure, pulse and my weight stats (BMI, % lean, %fat, etc). The iBody App was just what I was looking for. It lets me decide just how much I want to track - and disabling/enabling the tracking for a particular statistic is easy and fast. I have an iPod Touch (1st Gen) so I am not able to use the GPS function yet - but I am considering getting one now, since my contract with VZW is ending soon. That will make the iBody App even more useful. My only negative - and its minor - is the number selection spinner graphic. It seems too small. Both size and color make it too "Windows/PC" looking. When selecting a number, I am unable to tell what number I am on unless I am watching the number increase or decrease above the dial. In Apps with larger graphics, you can dial in your number just by the visual feedback from the dial itself. Perhaps the next update may see changes in that area. Other than that, I like everything about this app, and the cost was not prohibitive. Health and fitness apps that do what they are supposed to are always worth it for me.

no wonder this is a winning app - We need it and they do it

First I use the free version for my weight, and I discover the complete soft. Now I can keep track of my weight, blood pressure and cholesterol, and my exercice (I can not call this fitness as I am only walking every day) and the support is awesome and they plan to improve it in the future. I recommend it strongly

Most comprehensive healthcare & fitness app available, not without flaws though.

iBody is arguably the most comprehensive healthcare & fitness app available, however its not without flaws. Its UI controls and choice of hard-to-read tacky lime green color over white is not the best I have seen, its graphing capabilities are still simplistic, and its fitness logging capabilities are not as flexible as others fitness apps. A fine app overall, which will hopefully get better over time.
